Probably one of the best server companies i have run through. They are cheap fast and reliable. They have helped me come from nothing to having my own server. I knew very little about running and altering a server but their whole staff is nice, and every helpful. If anyone is looking for a server i would defiantly recommend Edge Game Servers.

Cheap and fast. This is one of the cheapest GMod servers I could find on the west coast and even though I live in Washington State and the server is in Cali I still get 40-60 ping depending on how many people are online.
I don’t know what ixb’s problem is, but I’ve opened about a dozen tickets (mostly due to garry and his bad coding making setup difficult) and every time I heard back from someone within 2 hours, even when I’ve made a ticket late in the evening or early morning. The only problem they couldn’t solve I was given a month for free.
The only thing I’m not to keen on is their website layout. It’s a little messy and for some reason I always get logged out if I change pages. Maybe it’s a security setting on their end, I don’t know not a big deal.
tldr; I like these guys and if I need more servers in the future I know who I’m going with.

Couldn’t be more unhappy with their service one week without a ticket answered, I had a problem with the server that kept on restarting after 10 minutes into the game I submitted a ticket and they hadn’t answered it for almost a week!! Then I submitted a billing dispute to cancel my server 3 days to answer like I don’t know what their doing but, this is not a way to run a business.

I must say, Edge Game Servers is a pretty cool company. Like seriously, I got a Counter-Strike: 1.6 server from them setup and the owner Dan was there with me all the way helping me add the mods which I couldn’t do. There support is top notch, and nobody can complain about the Pricing cause they give pretty good deals.
