Buy it or not, deals are still awesome, and offered to you by some good reliable providers.

As for Nerd Buster post:
1. Comes from "Anonymous" email. (Who is he to judge my previous projects?)
2. Nerd Buster is known for fake and exaggerated stories.
3. Story is 100% edited, which comes to my point 2.
4. How I am a scammer?

Artur sorry it took me so long to respond but to answer your 4 questions here it goes:

The person who sent in the article was a previous client of yours and when you decided to shut down Envision-Host and not honor what people have already purchased and didnt even give people a refund for the services they bought when you decided to close up shop. The story is 100% True! there are a handful of people that have been with you and have gotten screwed because you decided you wanted to do something new and not honor what they have bought, case and point you are a scammer. I am just letting people know that your a scammer because if you decided you want to pack up and move on from deposit servers and on to something else in the next month or so they dont get screwed out of money.

Hi,

How would you know who sent the article to Nerd Buster?

I did give refunds. I had around 200 dollars in my PayPal balance, and I refunded my oldest clients. I also invested 100 more from my own pocket to refund more clients. In total, out of 30 customers, 20 were refunded. For others, what I planned to do next month (January) is to rent a dedicated server and give them free game servers for at least 3 months.

Also, how would you explain good reviews from our customers? Few reviews were made by some of my friends who supported me threw Envision, however 90% of the reviews were actually from my clients, and they did not have anything bad to say about me or my services.

In conclusion, I wanted to announce you that Deposit Servers will have much more features, and much more experienced staff. Indeed, we will hire 3 technical support agents with at least 2 years of experience to support our customers 24/7. We also hired some staff to work on our dedicateds. They are working to perform the OS, and create a module to boost performance of our the service. We have exclusive deals from very good providers, and we will make sure to come up with the best solutions possible.

I also wanted to say that a lot of mistakes were made with Envision. I have learned from them and I can guarantee that I take everything regarding Deposit, very seriously.

Artur, In my humble opinion, I believe saying that "and they did not have anything bad to say about me or my services." isn't true. If we look at your GSPRating page, mostly their were reviews made the SAME day, some days being 2 reviews in the same day, a couple days 3 Reviews were made.

My guess is that you were pushing for clients to share their positive views on your company (which I commend you on) however, whether you're honest or not, I'm sure you didn't tell a client that stormed out because you wouldn't refund them (whatever the case may be), to register at GSPRatings and write you a terrible review.

I did not force anyone to review Envision Hosting. I asked them on steam that if they have some spare time, they should go on my link and discuss about their experience with our services.

If you mean by stormed out (rage), I never had anyone of that type. People who left always included a note in the cancellation request saying: I have no more money, thank you for your good services. & Some did not, cause they found a better deal.

Hi,

I am not quite sure that I follow you there… What I said is that people who left Envision had nothing bad to say. When they requested cancellation, they included a note which most of the time said: "No money, thank you for your service". All other people who left said: "Got a better deal with another host".

There was only one negative reviews on GSP Rating, and it was from a client who was frustrated 12 months ago, when I was not the one taking care of the servers / technical support. I was CEO & Manager of Web Hosting Departement.

My point is, we are all human beings, we all make mistakes. We all should be professional enough to call ourself out on such mistakes. Believe it or not, their is nothing wrong with that.

Their is a time and a place where a company should identify their issues, and if apporached publically like this address it accordingly. I'm not calling you a lier,However, if you're saying no has ever left because of bad service or whate, I know that's wrong. I know it. You know why? Because I was contacted by someone who was from your company. Is he lying? I don't know. Did you mention GSPRating to him? I'm not sure.

Edit: Artur, my little lecture here isn't toward you directly. It's toward everyone in general, because for too long I've seen this happen.

I think we could all say we have had a bad experience with a client atleast once before.

I could understand if you had 10 clients or less, but, from my understanding from a few other pals, you ran a great shift. So, I think you had a larger client base then 10 =P

Oh I know! Trust me. I am not saying I was perfect, not even close.

I just wanted to say that I am not scammer! I learned from my mistakes. Also, not sure who is your guy, but if he is a staff, he probably fooled you because I never had staff working at Envision. To finish with, I am sure some people left because of service quality, however they never reviewed and that is sad, because that kind of revies helps us get better!
