You will notice I gave this company 3 stars for pricing. Yes their prices are awesome, but that is where it stops. I signed up for Mumble server. Their website says instant setup. I paid for the service, it was charged to my card, and was sent an email saying I was registered at the site and sent a reciept for my payment. Then I waited. No server setup. I put in a ticket asking what the delay way. Nothing. Their site says they have live customer service.. no such thing exists. I then waited, thinking maybe the next day the service would be set up. Still nothing. I attempted to go to their web forums to ask a rep what was up. Guess what? you can’t register at their forums.. .the service never registers you..
I then sent their site admin an email. Still not response. I put in another ticket, 3 days later, still no response. Then finally on the third day I get notice via email that the server was set up with the info. It was too late, I had already went and got another one at a different place (which works well btw), and sent ANOTHER service ticket to Midnight saying I wanted a refund (which they guarantee). I am still waiting on responses to THREE service tickets I have had into them for over 2 weeks now. This company is defunct and I would not waste your money on them if you want good service either before, during or after the sale.

The most horrible service I’ve ever had. They take money from us and don’t even give us a server. I don’t understand how there is absolutely no response from anyone when I ask for support, and they just close the ticket without any kind of reply. They did not give our money back. No service of any kind and no refund. Doesn’t that make you no better than thieves?

We paid over 100$ to Midnight gaming. Due to personal reasons we cancelled our order over a week later. They responded quickly and professionally. And within a few days all the money was refunded into my paypal account. I’ve tried over 5 GSPs and when it comes to honesty and costomer support, Midnight Gaming wins those by far

Alright first of all i use their vent server and pay like what $4.50 or something close for a 20 slot vent server. That is dirt cheap for the quality and codecs provided. CP is easy. Customer support is just amazing and friendly too. Server quality is on the top. And remind me if i forgot something. They really do provide great quality for a fair price. Need a vent server? Go for midnight. Need a game server? Please dont ask me, buy it from midnight. Thanks.

The vent server that me and my buddies use from MG is extremely stable with minimal lag. Even during peak usage times, the server is always running efficiently. I would recommend this service to anyone needing a stable Ventrilo server 10/10.

Hey just wanna let everyone know I think midnightgaming servers are probably if not the only good server company out there thus far that I have tried. Not only that but the staff are great and right on top of everything I got my server and needed help with putting everything on it and it was done for me withing minutes without hesitation. Great deals and great servers no lag great reg and they give you what u want an pay for if not more. I would recommend midnight gaming servers to anyone an everyone i know….definately 2 thumbs up in my books

I’ve been a Midnight Gaming customer (primarily for voice) for well over a year. If I could choose one word to describe their outfit it would be: stability.
The prices are great, the service is excellent, and the servers are exceedingly reliable. There’s really not much else to it. They’ve never given me a reason to even consider taking my business anywhere else, and I doubt I ever will.

Midnight gaming is the best server i have ever used. i get an excellent ping that i have never got on a different server. it is definitely the best bang for your buck and worth every penny. definitely a 10/10 excellent management!

We were skeptical when purchasing from them due to their low prices, so we tested a server and were blown away. In fact, we asked to have that specific server, and they said that would be fine. MG|Deen is a great asset to the company. Not only was he able to help me with deciding which would be the best product for my team, but also explaining things to me in layman terms so that I could understand fully what I was purchasing. Midnight Gaming is THE BEST company I have ever dealt with. I can honestly say that, I have never had a response to a ticket within minutes with any other company that I have signed up for. Their customer relation team is absolutely outstanding, they’re very kind and helpful and have a lot of patience when dealing with noobs (I couldn’t get amxx on my server, such a simple task after a lengthy, thorough explanation by MG|Deen). The server quality is awesome, and they practically bent their backs to suit my financial situation in order to get my business. I give Midnight Gaming 10/10 and can commemorate them on being so customer friendly.

Midnight gaming provides the best servers around. I looked for good quality servers for a very long time. When you order a 1k FPS server, you are getting EXACTLY that. I’ve never seen it so consistent. These servers are amazing. Forever a MidnightGaming customer.

By far the most professional buisness I have run into online, thier servers are good I ping 8 in dallas and register great. Constant 1000fps on rcon stats, and a stead upload and download speed. These are some of the greatest servers my team has played on, and they provide us with great deals and offers.
