I honestly did not know what to expect when ordering from PingPulse. This was my first game server ever. When I ordered I tried tweaking the settings and couldn’t get it working. I went onto live chat, and David L, helped me set up my server. He even included maps and custom edited games for me. I wanted to play Halo version 1.04 (cracked) server, and he set up those files for me, he taught me how to set up admin accounts, and add custom games. I ran the server for a few days, and was so pleased by the way it performed, that I actually purchased a second game server. Both are performing flawlessly, and both have hit top 100 Halo servers within a week. Definitely recommend PingPulse.
Only thing I would like would be servers in Seattle,WA. But I’m sure overtime, that will become an option.

Let me say that this is one of the best companies I’ve come across in a while. They have awesome friendly service and is willing to listen and help you with any problems. Their prices are extremely decent and cheap, along with their great gameservers. I get some of my lowest pings to their servers with no lag, it’s great. To top it off, I love the new website design! I’ve had a server with Pingpulse since October 2011, and I love it.
I had been hosting a TF2 server on my laptop which I put up sometimes to play with my friends and my 4K subscribers on Youtube. I wanted to get one up 24/7, so I did some looking around.
I found Pingpulse, and at the time, the slots were 0.65$ per person. I was on a low budget at the time and it was perfect. I purchased the server and I’ve loved it.
The server almost never lags. Occasionally, if the server is left up for 5 days straight, the ram will peak and the server will lag. That’s nothing a quick restart doesn’t fix though. Whenever I have a problem, support is quick to jump on it. You can even contact people on Xfire and get an instant response.
They included a free subdomain and free webhosting with the server. I’m using this for a server website (my site), a FastDL server, and a server for the Sourcemod Jukebox plugin.
Overall, I love PingPulse, and it deserves the rating I’m giving it. I feel like the low ratings are from competitors. They are all short, uninformative, and horribly written. Overall, I give them 5 stars for everything but pricing.
The reason I gave it a 3 for pricing, was originally they were the cheapest host I know of, 0.65$ a slot, and they were great. Then, they bumped to slot prices up to 0.95$ a slot, the average for most hosts at this point. My price did jump, but when I contacted them, we compromised and I’m paying 0.70$ a slot (on a 3 month plan).

Okay Well, Ping pulse server’s are very fun always nice staff/members even tho I have 240 ping there and I lag a bit it’s all good, Its a very good server to play on I recommend to play to have a good time, you never have to worry about hackers/noob tubers or a nuke because that is a set rule and we constantly have admin looking over the server. Its has high experience so easy level’s this server is good for people who needs a quick level

We are a new startup cod4 gaming clan we shoped around a little before setteling on PingPulse. We have 3 COD4 servers a TS3 server and web hosting package. These guys are awsome first class servers and support not to mention great prices. I would highly recomend them to anyone 5 stars all the way.

Ok as I tried to state earlier, and forgot to add my ratings, Ping-Pulse servers is a reliable company.
After what I have read in previous comments/reviews, Some customer are retarded, simply put.
I reffer to negative ratings. I requested a CS:S server around 2 am cst and Mox was quick to help set up the server and help install the mods, and our admins, which to me is going out of his way to make us feel comfortable.
So I will recommend Ping-Pulse Servers to anyone.

I had recently got a server from Ping Pulse, it was set up fast but their service was horrible. I had troubles from the start and they would choose the fast route to fix it. I had submitted over 5 support tickets for one problem because they kept closing them. I had to fight to get my money back because it was so horrible. Do not go with Ping Pulse because of their price! You get what you pay for!! And you are only paying for bad service and a headache!

I purchased a server from ping-pulse. It was set up later than what i had expected. It was laggy from the start. Anytime anyone would connect, it would lag. They didnt have the latest anti-crash files from ProfessionalServers.net so anyone could take it down when ever they wanted to.

The only word I can describe PingPulse with is Amazing. when I received my server from them it was great no lag what so ever and is always up and running. When I ran into problems (Very minor but I had no idea what I was doing) I just clicked on live chat support and it was fixed on instant. If you ever plan on ordering a server go with PingPulse!

Hit There. Just wanted write a note here . I rented with anothere server company for 4 years. My experience there was terrible. Service was non-exsistant, server was down alot. I finally decided to find anothere server provider. I came across PingPulse by an internet search. I ordered my service, and wow, an hour later i was all set up and going. When I transfered my web domain to them, The service dept. jumped all over it and had it up in a very timely fashion. These guys really know how to take care of theyre clients!! I will open additional servers with PingPulse in the future as they passed the test with flying colors. David,Jonathan,Ethan….keep up the great work!

Let me start with my experience with game server companies. I’ve been buying from them since 1999 for F-22 Lighting 3(Small ones of course.) I’ve ventured through UT, Quake, Doom, and the CoD series, and most recently Valve and EA titles. Out of all those years, PingPulse wins as the best in all categories. I have a Call of Duty 4 server with B3, Teamspeak, and a GMOD with them. Cheap prices, outstanding ping, and perfect customer service. Thanks again guys, I’ll be buying from you for years to come.

One of the greatest companies i have seen in a while. Great customer service, nice and friendly people. The servers are completely reliable and have some of the greatest pings i’ve seen, and i’ve played on there server in chicago and im in california and i only have maybe a 75 ping. These guys are cheap, great service, and great people.

Cheapest servers out there.!!!! Great Performance and no lag. Top notch support. PingPulse is truly the Best Game Server that i have used out of the 7 ive tried in the past year in a half. There Prices are unbeatable for CoD series and the ability to actually get good customer service starts here. I would recommend this game provider to anyone.

Ping Pulse is truly an amazing company. They have some of the best customer service and are extremely friendly. I don’t know why someone earlier had posted that the customer service and technical help was poor, that is not the case at all. The Ping Pulse team has taken great care of all my servers and have ALWAYS been quick to fix any problems.
The quality of all the servers they offer is top tier. I am quite pleased with the performance I get with the price I pay. Compared to other server providers, Ping Pulse, has top tier servers for very low and affordable prices. While others try to charge more for quite lower specs. I am grateful to the team at Ping Pulse for everything they have helped me with and the great servers they provide me with.

This server company shows great customer service and Ping Pulse Servers has a lot of good ping servers. They also have really cheap prices for a server company. They also provide a lot of servers for a lot of games for a new server company. I would recommend this server company to people who want to pay for cheaper servers and if you want to they also have some Ventrilo servers and Teamspeak servers!

I hate to see a negative review on this company. I’ve had Gameservers.com for almost 5 years now, in the totals of over 100 gameservers, in over 31 game titles, and probably 5+ clans, including my own. After almost 5 years with a strong company, Ping Pulse impressed me so much, I switched over almost instantaneously after learning of their existence etc. I was even one of the first customers.
I’m so glad I Switched everything I’m doing over to PingPulse. If there is anything I’ve ever needed, they’re always there to provide me with the service I ask for. Servers go up fast, auto-install. their prices cannot be matched, and granted I’ve had several problems that weren’t really their fault and they were STILL there to help me out. I’m no nOOb when it comes to servers, administration, setup etc. because I’m also a coder for many different games over the past 15 years. I guess you could say I’m a professional level Administrator, clan owner, and web-author telling you that I cannot find a better deal than these guys provide. I know I sound biased but I guess I cannot help it. I went from being upset at having to wait days for ticket responses, being told “no sorry we don’t do that” as well as paying $14.00 a month for 10 slot game servers, and minimums. no redirects, nothing included in the price. I get a free redirect with EVERY server (for custom content) at Ping Pulse, as well as B3 installs for VERY cheap, access to the databases and so much more, and I only pay literally 1/3 of what it would cost everywhere else, and I’m not a VIP…that’s just their regular pricing. I would recommend Ping Pulse to anyone beause of the mature way they handle their Business, they are LLC licensed, and their owners, techs and support staff are always friendly, available on their TeamSpeak, I even have 2 of their phone #’s as I’ve become quite a large client recently etc. these guys have it going on.

Great setup time and cheap servers however poor customer service / technical support.
Don’t expect much if you need support, we are still waiting for a reply for a ticket 3 weeks on after ordering!
It’s a shame since the gaming servers ordered was setup quickly and prices are cheap however if you need support you can pretty much forget it as we are constantly given excuses for our server to be updated!

In the past few months, I’ve gone through uncountable server providers for my clan, trying to settle on one; one that we can trust, one that won’t screw us over, one that actually WORKS, etc. As of yesterday, I settled on PingPulse and am 100% confident I’ve made the right choice, not only for investing my money but for my clan’s enjoyment as well. PingPulse staff had my server up momentarily after the payment went through, modded it for me and had everything running perfectly and smoothly the same night. There is always staff online, ready and willing to help with whatever is needed. I’ve been high maintenance already and none of the staff have shown any impatience with me. On top of that, the staff is kind, friendly and actually knows what their doing. This, especially, is to be applauded (in my case, anyhow) because I’ve had personal fallouts with three of the staff members in the past, yet while working with me it’s been business, no grudges, nothing. The staff is mature, something many other GSPs lack. Everything I requested was done. The server is great. Everything works correctly, ping is pretty good, and once modded, it’s even better than our old one.
I highly recommend PingPulse to anyone looking to buy any type of server. I imagine the quality will be comparable for other games as well.

Ping pulse servers by far out of every single company alive is the best. Ive been to alot of diff server companys including( Game servers, GTX Gaming, Leagueservers, Major League Servers and Above the Standards) so far the best server company is pingpulse. There owner mox is one of the nicest people youll ever meet he takes time to help you with your problems and doesn\’t push you off to the side and make you wait, he gets right to them. He is willing to help you out any way possible. There co owner Mcgee aka Jon knows what hes talking about. His dedication to coding and webhosting and server support pays off in the long run. Jon has helped me alot and he fixes what i need done in a matter of seconds. There head support agent Moofasa aka Corey is great to. He knows what hes doing and if he cant acomplish somthing he gets help from mox and jon and together they get it done asap. Like jon and mox, Moofasa is on top of his game play. Hes allways helping people on xfire and trying to solve peoples issues as quickly as possible. I think by far ping pulse servers deserves 10/10 and i rate this company as the Top game server provider in the world.

PingPulse-Servers is not only in my mind one of the best up and coming Game Server Providers, but treats its company like a buisness. It’s customers are treated sincerly and are given more for their money than any other GSP could possibly provide. After being in buisness with PingPulse-Servers, one will not only notice how much they wish to please their customers, but how much effort and time they put into each individual customers personal needs. Their website and billing/panel organization is very basic and easy for unfamiliar users to become accustom to. I not only would recommend PingPulse Servers to anyone looking to purchase game/voice/web hosting, but would applaud their quality performance that both their servers and staff provide.
Really a great spot to buy from, and cant wait untill they become even more successful.
