The Clan i play with rented a cod4 server from psybergaming and the ping was appalling, so they put in a ticket.(there was around 200-400 ping across the board) A few days after the ticket was put in the lag was stating to clam and the server returned to normal but all of a sudden the lag has started again there isnt one person with less than 400 ping and the customer support just isnt there.There may be 15% off if you use coupons but 15% of 0 is still 0 Do not use psyber there absolutely crap

I have been a member of quite a few Main/Professional/Invite teams for both Counter-Strike 1.6 / Counter-Strike:Source. I have used many a servers but to tell the truth none have had perfect registry like here at PsyberGaming one of the server companies a remember like this one was Insomnia365 however when they went down I was crushed where would I ever find a server with perfect reg, great customer support, user friendly cpanel at very reasonable prices well look no further then Psybergaming this site is tops and I will be using them for years to come for every server I get from here on out

I have been renting servers for a very long time across many games. I have used a wide variety of companies in the years that I have been gaming and I have to say that Psybergaming is among the best I have dealt with. It’s very rare for a GSP to specialize their business to your needs. I currently rent 18 servers from them and keeping up with my support tickets is a full time job. No matter what the request is I am always greeted with a friendly reply and an honest effort to resolve my issue. Unlike every GSP I have dealt with, they do not close the ticket until I feel the issue is resolved. The big guys always close the support ticket and it frustrates me that they feel my problem is solved when it’s not. Custom request. I have asked for custom maps and mods to be installed on quite a few servers. Not only do they custom create whatever map packs I ask for and install any mod I want, they put them on a redirect service so that my players have a fast download to quickly connect. That service is free of charge? What? Gameservers.com charges you $5.00/month per server. The standard answer for adding custom content with other providers is, we gave you ftp for a reason. We don’t have time to do that. They are right, they don’t have time because they don’t make time. Guju has always made time for my request.
B3 support. The best you will find. They understand the bot and they know how to install it. Nuff said…
I have hosted my own servers and I know the difficulty that game servers can create. To handle the support is one thing, to provide premiere customer service while doing it, is another. The only regret I have with Psybergaming is that now I can’t get my servers anywhere else because the other guys just don’t cut the mustard… That limits my options to running with the best. As soon as these guys get Datacenters in the locations that I need, they will be hosting 100% of my servers… If you are searching for a provider, look no more.

Great service. Best prices i have yet to encounter. Support is great! WHen i need a mod installed all i have to do is put in a support ticket or hop onto mirc or xfire and bam problem solved. I was even to be able to get help at 3:00 AM est. time. There website seems fine to me contrary to what Jason stated above but the Reg is AWESOME! Very comparable to NFOservers. My only suggestion is maybe a more attractive and professional website to match their services.

The website was sketchy but we got servers withing 8 hours. Reg is great. Servers are great. Support and website need a little work but we are very happy with pricing and servers.

This is one of the best companies I have found in my life. Their servers are such high quality and the owner knows how to run this company. Prices are great and support is 100% perfect. My server never lagged and has never gone down once since we bought it over 5 months ago.

pretty good company overall, good pricing, some what good server support, good customer support.
pricing is pretty good at times if wait for the right time.
servers ran good for the first month and a half untill and ip change had to happen cause us to lose our top 5 ranking. then the last month we were plagued by server failures and it being off for a day or two.
But usally guju got on the issue and worked out our issues with b3 bot.
would i recommend again… sure its a pretty great place to get a server from for a decent price.

hello, i have had 3 servers with them, now i have only one (internal clan issues…) and no problems, severs runs fine and they will support you if you need asap. good quality/price relationship and they support B3 bot, one important thing to consideer if you want a good patroled server.

I was looking for a server for my unit, but I was definitely worrying about the costs. Then I found Psybergaming on xfire and they offered me a Darkest Hour server at the cheapest price I have yet to encounter. Installation was quick and server has been very good so far. The great thing about this company is the support, I haven’t really needed any as the server has been very stable, few times it has messed up was because of my own knuckle-headed meddling. All I had to do was hop on xfire and there he was, had the issue fixed immediately. In an age where it’s all automated with answering machines, emails, and support tickets, it is great to have someone I can just contact in the middle of the night. Usually when I have to contact him it’s to upload some compressed maps for the free redirect he is providing. Again, the prices and customer service are what make this company tops in my mind, also helps that everything else is really high quality.

I think i haves used and abused almost every GSP there is with any reputable history. But for price and the servers i cant find any fault. I also own NFOservers which im sure you will all agree are the best money can buy, but you do PAY for it. However, I cant seem any diff with the quality of the servers bought from here.
I run a 50 man stand-alone server in the top 30 worldwide COD4 rankings, busy all day everyday… NO LAG!
I have a dedicated server box with full control and the support for this is out of this world. I have run server boxes again with all kinds of companies but for the type of box i run and the amount of support i get for it I should be charged the earth, but im not!
To sum it up, yes this GSP may be new, but the “nothing is too much” attitude and the “well it cant, but i can make it” responses i receive, mean that this place is going to be BIG… FAST!

Bought couple of servers from them at the LOWEST price possible and the i give them a 9/10 on their support because they are usually on until 3 am est time. But they have to sleep sometime so only a 9/10 otherwise cheapest prices great lat and registry. THE IDEAL COMPANY!

This company is simply amazing. Always helpful, Always honest, Always trying making sure you are getting what you paid for. Some of the big companies sell you a server and then that is the last you hear from them or getting any support is like pulling a tooth, specifically if you only buy one or two servers from them. With psybergaming I only own one server at the moment but I am treated the same as someone who owns 10. Excellent company 10/10 all the way.

The servers are far from cheapest but they are alot better than most big companies. I gave this company a 8.5 on all choices.

The server that i have with this company is great. Customer service is good also. Feature wise it has all the features that I have needed so far. One thing i like is the fact that the Hit Reg. is outstanding, and that is one of the major factors in my server decisions. Good Service, Good Servers, Good Hit Reg.

Awesome servers, owner is very accessible and open to suggestions (something you never find). Lag free, never overstocked, and best of all, the best prices anywhere.
I highly reccomend Psybergaming; I have used Gameservers, Nuclear Fallout, and others, but for the price and value, no one can beat Psybergaming.

Just started hosting with these guys, they had the best prices and excellent service! The tools were lacking when I started but all of it has been steadily improving. The owner is easy to get a hold of and very easy and professional to work with (I can get a hold of him outside of business hours, which helps). Definitely try these guys out, I would not have been able to afford a host without them.
