The servers are complete trash. They over use the boxes which leads to poor performances. The sell the servers for cheap yes but they are not worth they penny’s they charge. I have also heard things about how one of the partners of the company Ben Sakhai steals credit card information. NEVER USE UNIT SEVERS! I Was once a dedicated client but no more will I deal with shitty service from a jewish prick.

I have tried EVERY gsp out there, and can honestly say that Unitservers are by far the very best. For 1/3 the cost of those fly-by-night hosts that never return support requests, Unitservers deserve an award.
The support team are there any time I have trouble, in fact they seem to respond even before I finish writing my ticket… and get this, they responded to me on Christmas Day immediately as if they were a good friend sending me an SMS!
The servers are lag free, not only latency wise, but the servers themselves will run flawlessly with anything you throw at it.
I have since moved all my servers over to them and will never try another gsp as long as I live.

UNIT UNIT UNIT!!! I can’t describe how happy I am. I bought 2 TF2 & 1 MC Server for my clan and everything is smooth working great no issues they help me install mods and add models and sounds. They never let you feel bad for all that you know for doing all the work you need to do. But they are just great! If there live support is offline witch is RARE , you create a ticket and within 10 minutes they answer you . Listen to me give them a chance won’t heart I promise! You will thank me for this . Do your self a favor . And choose unit servers.

Cheap gameservers and Cheap websites with high quality.
The webserver quality is actually really good, I never had any problems with them.
They offer very high quality and it costs barely anything.
Their support is very helpfull aswell, even though I have only used it once, they were very fast and informative.
I’ve used fragnet before I’ve switched over to unit, but their support is terrible, and their webservers are horrible aswell.
Therefore I rate unit-servers 5/5.

I bought a webserver for my gameservers to host my files on. Servers are well priced, good parameters, and the stuff is very helpful (they helped me make some server configuration I had a hard time figuring out & also they help you with anything on their sites live chat). Unit Servers hasn’t failed me yet, I’m REALLY happy to say. Previously I had some hosting with Xenonservers & NFO, I advise everyone to steer clear of them. Anyway, Unit Servers is great. Good reply time for the most part, excellent support. Hell, they even extended my subscription time cause of some minor issues I had. If there’s any GSP I’ll be checking out soon, it’ll be them. There’s not much else to it; they’re just damn good at what they do.

Awesome sauce. I am a lucky customer got to know and use Unit server hosting. The server performance is excellent, the price is cheap. I’ve been with unitservers for about maybe 2 months, I started with 16 Slots HL2DM Server and it ran perfectly although we wanted to get more people in so i upgraded to 32 Slots without any hassle! The support you get is amazing responses are always at least under an hour which is great compared to other services I used to use! I would highly recommend UNITServers and i will be Getting more servers as we are getting quite a lot of people.

UnitServers has definitely impressed me with their support. After being through both Ultimate Game Server & Gameservers, I find my pick. The support for UnitServers has left the others in the dust. I wanted a server to be changed from Gmod to TF2 and within a short time, their was already a response, my server being changed and then here I am with all this information about the Game server since this would be my first time handling a source game server. 2. They setup a new game server for me from a game they did not originally have. One of their support team members personally bought the game to help setup and test the server. I have been with UNIT Servers for a few months now, and while some of their staff were acquaintances of mine before then, our relation didn’t change one bit when I became a customer, if anything it became better, and I didn’t feel like I was treated like a number or paycheck.
Excellent service. When I have issues with my services they quickly respond and try to get it fixed. Very stable and fast servers, good prices that also sometimes come with good deals as well.
My only complaint since I’m a nitpicker and I just HAVE to find something to pick on, is that sometimes their site acts a little weird and keeps seemingly disconnecting me or sending me to the wrong page when I try to manage my services. But it’s still running fine.

On April 20 2012, they went down without warning and have been offline ever since. Their website finally appeared again today (after nearly a week of a white page saying “back soon”, which was ridiculous) but it doesn’t look like any of the services are running.

Servers are top notch, like there is literally no lag what so ever! These servers pack a punch, and it can handle anything, at any circumstance.

We have only been with UNIT For a short amount of time, but this is hands down the best service I’ve had with ANYTHING. They are an amazing team and are very helpful. OMG! The cheapest, best quality servers I have ever bought.
I currently have 5 linux server with UNITservers and have never been dissapointed ONCE! THey got beastly customer support and there is always someone on to help me out if im having problems with my server. They got support on LiveZilla, Teamspeak, and steam support so im never left in the dark. Ive never experienced lag on my servers and they have great ddos protection.

UNIT has been hosting my three Css (16 slot), one Tf2 server (16 slot) and one Mumble server (50 slot) for about 4 months now. When I left my old GSP I did a lot of research and UNIT came out the clear winner.
Service: The support team is excellent. They are willing to go above and beyond for you. One of the support staff was willing to write and compile a custom source-mod extension to help me with an issue my server was having. They Even Create custom Mods and scripts Just for the customer game play in mind. I doubt you’ll find service like that anywhere else.
Server Quality: All of my server have low latency and great pings. There was a noticeable improvement when I switch from my old GSP to UNIT. Many of my servers are used by the general public and I have received multiple complements about the great connection quality.
Pricing: Their prices are the best I could find anywhere. Almost every server is $1/slot and they give discounts for signing extended contracts (quarterly, semi-annual, annual). Since I have an extended contract I pay well under $1/slot for all my servers. My 50 person Mumble is actually cheaper than the 30 person Mumble I had with my old GSP.
Website: Website is pretty good. You can find visual bugs here and there but it’s not enough to make the site unusable. They accept most credit cards along with Pay-Pal for payment. There is a client area to manage your services (billing, tickets, etc) and you can navigate to the Custom control panel to manage all of your servers. The server control panel is easy to use and has all the necessary features.
Final Thoughts: I highly recommend UNIT to anyone looking for a great GSP at a great price. They constantly impress me with the quality of their servers and their support staff. Go with UNIT and you won’t be sorry.

I ordered a server from Unit and it was ready in 15 Min. It came with a edited nicks roleplay mod preinstalled.
when I play there I get a ping of 20 – 30 witch is much better than I get in any other server I have been on.
when I sent a support ticket they replayed in 2 hours witch is also much faster than other game hosts I have been with.
the owners are nice people and if you are looking at buying a game server UNIT has the best price and the best quality servers I have seen.

They got livesupport, phone support, and email support.
they sell voice servers, gameservers and webservers for descent prices.
Very good quality, you can even choose if you want it on linux or windows.
Only bad part is – ben doesn’t pay me 100$ a week
so 1/5 overall service.
