Hello I am the owner of SAWB a COD community and I have rented a dedi server from INX-GAMING since July 2007, I spoke to several GSP before I started out looking at customer feedback, price, ease of use and decided on INX. At the time it was run by Olly, Aaron and Simon, they worked very hard to help a total novice to make a go of things. Since the takeover things have taken a short time to settle down and new ideas and games are slowly coming online. There have been issues but I expected this with any new takeover, the new CP took some getting used to and still needs work to fine tune things like the user access which I still cant get to work to give my admin access to my servers. I know INX are actively looking at EA/DICE trying to host ranked BF servers but as we know they are notoriously difficult to work with. INX I found could not be beaten on price, the ticket system has improved since things have settled down with only a short time before they are actioned. My dedi is very rarely if ever down but it does happen, but one thing is for sure Lag has never been an issue with INX. I have members form all over the World and if it was I would hear about it ! The INX website is OK I’m no expert but it could do with a bit of an overhaul and updating and I know it’s on the agenda so it should improve. The forums are very helpful with plenty of experience to help setting up various genre servers. So give them a try cheap but not at the expense of quality I have not regretted my association with INX and wish them well for their future.

Firstly I get sick when an old and good game die. I am trying to run a Half-life Deathmatch Classic server for 3 years. It is very hard to find an Half-Life Deathmatch Classic server host in our time, because it is one of the dying old good games.
In this 3 years I changed 3 game hosting sites. I was inexperienced about running a server, so the first one was expensive. Because I purchased for a “guided” service. In time they changed the data center location and I quit because of the high ping levels.
Second was awfull. When server crash and when you need help, it was a torture to reach them by support tickets. Sometimes they answering 2 days later and solving problem in one week. For last issue they made me wait for 3 weeks and I was newly paid for 3 months invoice. So I paid 3 mounts them for nothing…
I fed up and started seach a new game hosting site one a sunday morning.
I found my 3th one, Inx-gaming.com. They aswered me in ten minutes even it was sunday. In one hour I was running my new server… Thanks to John for this.
now it is nearly 2 months with them and they are still replying support tickets and solving problems immediately. By the way poblems are very rare. John usually answering my beginner’s style questions patiently
For me it is easy to run a server on inx-gaming.com. You can run a linux or windows based server, it’s up to you. They are letting to transfer and istall dll files, extensions etc. Most important, they are listening you and trying to do their best. Also doing this with a very reasonable price.
Now I am happy with my new server adress. Hope to stay here long time and hope to help survive DMC.

I love INX.Both their low prices, and quick support.
After the takeover, it might took 5 months for the support to get back to work, but now they are cool.
Every ticket i make, i get an answer after 15-20 minutes, which is very cool, and also get my issues solved.
Got to say, John is doing an awesome job on solving tickets!
Keep it up like this way INX!
If you aren’t still sure to where to get your server from, then i suggest you to get it from them.They have the lowest prices i found out on the internet, and great support

The best thing about INX is their support. There were lots of things I couldn’t do such as editing B3 plugins but they did it for me.
Cheapest CoD4 price I’ve found.
No ping problems.
Free website, but I don’t use it but I’ll rate it as 5 stars cause it comes free with your B3.

I have been with INX for more than 3 years.Their support rocks, as i had a
couple of issues that i couldn’t solve on my servers, but they fixed it for me.
They also are offering the best prices i could find on internet and I’m still
amazed of how low they are: 0.37p/slot + they can give you a free website,
mysql database and more for free.
