This is an amazing server host. Their servers run very fast and are completely lag free. They have very affordable prices for servers, and have very good service. They allow FTP Access, which is very useful. to do that you just download FileZilla and enter the information provided by an email. They can host tons of different servers including Vanilla Minecraft, Tekkit, Bukkit, Bukkit RAM Boost, Feed The beast, and many others. Overally, this server host is the best.

I like this hosting service alot. The dashboard is really streamline and easy to use. The servers are fast, but you can’t upgrade the ram. My server is up almost 24/7. There have been no problems with it yet!

I used to run a local server from my computer but everyone kept complaining about the lagg, at times I couldn’t even play and have it running. I heard about kerplunc gaming through a Google search, I did the trial and was happy so I decided to purchase. Server was dirt cheap, ran smoothly, had no glitches, was always up and I was able to customize my IP. When I had a question, I posted it on the website, and got an answer in less than an hour. This has been relatively the same for all questions, ranging from 10 minutes to 4 hours, faster then it is to look it up at times. I am able to have many different worlds running at one time with NO LAG! I am able to pay monthly on donations(and have some left over). They also gave my a website and mumble for FREE!

Tree puncher offers cheep mine craft server hosting at 1$ per slot you cant go wrong. The severs are fast pretty much 100 % uptime the staff that work there respond to you very quickly and there knowledge base offers videos instead of just ready which is vary nice. I highly recommend them!

An excellent server Tree Puncher (Kerplunc Gaming) that provides wonderful seamless minecraft game play. Very little lag and I would consider it to be one of the best servers to play in in general.
My server is a 10 slot server but it is quite popular due to the fact KERPLUNC GAMING provides a lag free server.
The uptime for the server is also very high however spot outages have occured here and then. Otherwise uptime would be in the 98% region. The prices are also very affordable and reasonable and KERPLUNC as very good service and they aid in providing the best control of your Minecraft Server. Overall a Host Company that deserves a lot of recognition!

I am absolutely amazed at these guys. The support response time is insanely fast, and very helpful! The people there really know what they’re doing.
I’ve never had any troubles with my server from them.
At the moment, I have a 5 slot private Bukkit server, but plan on buying a second server of at least 50 slots pretty soon! I look forward to getting it!

One of the best Minecraft hosting providers out there! Really fantastic prices and uptime. I have never experienced any downtime under this month. I bought the server for my friends to play Tekkit, and one unique thing with Kerpluncgaming is that they have combined playerslots with RAM. No need to hassle about how much RAM I have to get. I don’t know if Kerpluncgaming has support members 24/7. It took 12 hours until they answered, still VERY pleased with the service. Thanks and keep up the great work!

For a student with no job,this is purely perfect…10$ for a full featured server with a free website and access to cPanel and a free Mumble server with bukkit plugins! I had some problems with the server and I issued a ticket,5 minutes later,I got an answer saying it has been resolved and I keep having new players coming and I am simply having more fun

Will not be continuing to do business with this company. Had a question that I sent to support, they sent me back a generic email pointing me to a video that had nothing to do with my question. My server has crashed three times and it has been two days that I have had this service. The lag is horrible, the server control panel is *incredibly* slow and poorly designed.
Really, really not impressed, but I guess you get what you pay for. I highly advise you to steer clear of this company.

Bought a 23 slot server and was VERY dissapointed. My server was crashing every 4 hours due to their servers being incorrectly configured. I tried to seek out support for the problem but all they could tell me to do was to delete plugins as it was my fault. I have since moved server to another host and suprise suprise it hasnt crashed once in 2 days, and it also never did on the old server I was on before.
Sort your bloody servers out and get your support sorted out before you try to steal peoples money again

I have the 5 slot bukkit plan (the cheapest there is), at 7.50 USD a month (6 euro) and I’m very pleased with the server and their service. No lag, and relatively low ping for my distance with the UK server.
They also gave me a 50% off coupon on my first purchase so I bought one month of a 10 slot teamspeak 3 server for 2.5 USD (2 euro), down from 5 USD/month.
The only thing that needs some work is their website. It’s a little hard to use, sometimes it takes more than 3 clicks to do what you want.
Very happy with their service overall.

So glad i found this! instead of only being able to run my server when im home i can now have it always be running! for me it is $15 a month for 10 players and bukkit. if you have other friends you can split the cost so each person only has to pay a little bit. me and 3 friends split it so we each only have $5 a month. TreePuncher is a good Minecraft server host. I like almost everything about TreePuncher. I like their support and control panel. One thing I don’t like is that you pay per slot. I prefer paying for ram and choosing the slots.

I have tried several other Minecraft server hosts but Kerplunc Gaming is the best by far! It’s nice and affordable and I’ve not experienced any lag so far. The only tiny gripe I have was that I couldn’t get into the control panel right after the 1.2 update but that’s not really their fault. Definitely recommended.

This is the first time I have hosted an Minecraft server with a company and so far I really liked it. It took a while for the server to be given to me but that is all right. From the website it is not clear how much extra ram or progressing power is given to the server if buckit is picked, I would like to known that because picking buckit costs extra money and my server does not really need buckit because we want a vanilla server without any mods or cheats. So far the server has been pretty good not really laggy but the future will tell. There is FTP access to the server so you could change stuff if needed. The price is all right but I am questioning if there is really a difference between vanilla and buckit ram and progressing power.

The former hoster of our Australian Survival&Creative server, Four Realms, has decided to stop their service, so Smurphy88x and I looked out for a new hoster, and after comparing different ones, we ended up choosing Tree Puncher.
Tree Puncher, or rather, Kerplunc Gaming’s Minecraft hosting branch, is an highly flexible and affordable service. You’ll get a fair amount of RAM (60MB per slot) and can choose between four different server types, of which we’ve chosen Bukkit, as we used to have a Bukkit server already, and it’s also the best MP mod in our opinion.
The Overall Service gets a full 5/5 from me, as tickets are answered, resolved and being worked on quickly and in a friendly manner.
The Server Quality is excellent, the server (located in Australia) runs smoothly and I don’t have any lag, even though I’m accessing it from Germany.
The Pricing is more than fair, and they are getting a big plus because you can alter your server plan at any time to fit your needs. 5/5.
The Website just gets 3 out of 5, not because of the public part of the website (treepuncher.com, kerpluncgaming.com), which is designed well and pretty nicely usable, but because of the Panel you’ll be able to access your server with.
The updating of the console is very slow, it’s confusing and partly redundant (as for some options being there twice). The good things about it are that you can manage your Minecraft server itself, and your (free!) Mumble server too over just one panel, and that you can edit the files (config files of plugins, for example) of your server directly there. Anyways, McMyAdmin would’ve been the better choice for a web panel, and I’d like to recommend using it instead to KerpluncGaming.
We’ve been at Kerpluncgaming for just a few days, but the uptime has been perfect so far, and I don’t expect this to change.
My final words: the coolest thing for many users will probably be that they’ll get a free 10-slot voice server, no matter what hosting plan they choose, and even a small webhosting package with 100MB of space and 1GB of monthly traffic. The webhosting package can also be of great use when you’re having any plugins that require a MySQL database to run probably (that was LogBlock, in our case), as the webhosting plan includes one.

Kerplunc is the first company I have purchased a Minecraft Server. I first chose them because of their excellent prices, and am glad that I did! I have never had any problem with my server, and their online control panel is great. 100% uptime and absolutely no lag!
That is not the best part about Kerplunc Gaming though, what really sets them apart is their amazing customer service! I mean REALLY AMAZING! I have sent them countless emails either about technical questions or just about anything regarding their service. I have never waited more than about 2 hours for a response, with 20 minutes being the fastest! This is why Kerplunc will be my server host for as long as I need a Minecraft server.

I highly recommend this service. They ALWAYS reply to tickets ASAP (within 24 hours at the VERY most, and even within 20 minutes at the fastest I’ve had). Truly remarkable customer service.
They always know the answer to your question, instead of sending you through loops and to other people and wasting your time.
The price is great. so worth it. The only complaint I have is the server sometimes won’t connect, and I have to keep reloading minecraft, but I think that’s a minecraft issue, not tree puncher, seeing as the server is always up in the server select screen.

I’ve been using TreePuncher.com / Kerplunc for about month now and hail praise. Pride and Glory is unprecedented customer service! Minimal downtime, but should any problems arise support tickets are answered expediently (20 minutes max in my case!). Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The client page is easy to navigate. I recommend viewing the Knowledge-base tab before trying to do anything with files. Admittedly, there are some gaps in the tutorials, but they do point you in the right direction. Any search engine or YouTube search can fill those in. Overall – 4.9/5!

Tree puncher is AMAZING, their support is fantastic, with really quick replies and they always know the answer to your question .
The FTP access is great and makes everything easier. The knowledge base is in depth and tells you everything you need to know to get your server running. It even tells you how to easily downgrade to vanilla while bukkit updates, with just one file creation.
There is NO LAGG ,what so ever which is fantastic, even though the server is in a different country.

The best Mine craft servers throughout the entire Australia/New Zealand region and even throughout the world world.
My server never lags at all and the control panel for controlling the server from your own home sofa is simply amazing. The support team is brilliant at kerplunc-gaming.com because they are friendly, fast and experienced (with mod support). They have tutorial videos of how to maintain and enhance your server and they also provide non-stressful hours of waiting for support (the longest time they have replied to me was about an hour).
The pricing is competitive yet realistic ($1.00/1.50USD per slot). The website is nice but could use a little more color.

Quite recently I invested a lot of my social money in this community, purchasing a minecraft server.
After a few (minutes) I received the details via email regarding the purchase I made. Included my server details etc…
They had no EU servers at the time, so I had to stick by US. My US server was laggy for me, having living in the United Kingdom.
Having told them via support and receiving a reply in under 10-20minutes I was kinda chuffed (Happy).
Later the same week, I decided minecraft wasn’t for me (As I purchase the quarterly plan) Since minecraft, the community in general, isn’t like it used to be. Coding is a lot harder now and installing plugins is a fuss since there is a update like ever 2weeks now..
So I asked them if I could rearrange my hosting plan and change to something else.
Kindly enough, they agreed, so now I’m on TeamFortress2 and really excited to tell all my friends.
Just a general sum up of what I covered and said:
The community is great, support is extremely fast and I’m not just saying this to make them look cool I literally mean the support is fast.
The server/hosting are also great, I can’t recall a downtime/maintenance in their system.
In terms of respect, I’d give them a 9/10. Great effort, great support, great hosting just you need more EU servers
Then you can have my other green apple.
But far better then any other hosting provider I’ve been with.

I recently changed my minecraft server provider looking for a cheaper deal. Kerplunc Gaming servers are extremely flexible in the packages and features they offer. They have a great control panel which allows you to change your servers config status and manage the files (No coding skills needed) So far i have had no trouble with them or server lag. Searched the web for Minecraft servers, after searching and reading reviews I was going to attempt to do my own, until I was told about Tree Puncher. The price was great and from the reviews I decided to go with them. After purchasing I didn’t have to wait for a server, I received my welcome email and all the info I needed to get to get started. The dashboard is easy to use and if you don’t like your map its easy to get a new one. Every now and then the server has a hiccup, but I yet to experience the server being completely down, like it did with the last server my friends and I hate. Had a question and it was answered extremely fast.

Service/Server Quality: I first ordered an incorrect minecraft service from kerplunc gaming for Hmod servers when I wanted bukkit. The admin was nice enough to help figure out what I was doing wrong but transferred the payments I had made towards the correct service. The only time my server has gone offline was from my own mistake. 5 stars
Website: The website is Easy to use but a bit clustered if you have lots of support tickets. They support MySQL, and will even set it up for you if you open a ticket for it. 4 stars
Pricing: The cost is a bit high if you want anything above a 15 player server(I have a 30 player server for 45$/m) but as far as downtime and lag it has none even with lots of users. As long as you don’t overload it with plugins (I use over 20 and it runs fine). 3 stars *I haven’t price checked other sites
TL;DR: I would give Kerplunc Gaming an A-, I just wish it cost a bit less but seeing some other servers and how often they crash I am willing to pay the extra bit for great service and server quality. Overall 4 starts

I’ve purchased a 5 slot bukkit enabled minecraft server and ive found that it has run pretty well most of the time. I have experienced some recent connection problems but i have found that the customer support is very responsive and solves most of the problems within 24 hours of alerting them (which i think is very good as seeing as we’re in completly different time zones).

I have been a customer of Kerplunc for minecraft hosting since 15 January 2011. I haven’t found anyone else to be reliable enough for me to jump ship. When I wanted to have a bit more control of my server, Kerplunc worked with me personally to give me direct access to everything I needed. There have been spot outages, but I’ve got an honest 98.8% uptime tick from minestatus.net.

A few teething problems to begin with, but everything got sorted rather quickly. The staff are friendly, and the service they offer is very reliable too. I wanted to find a MC host which would offer an easy/quick way to manage an MC server, fortunately, they provide McMyAdmin which does this.
The staff have always been quick to respond to any issues we had with our hosting and offer a wide variety of support methods (MSN, Support ticket etc) which makes it very convenient for us.

Very nice, inexpensive service. When I first signed up there for a Minecraft sever there were some troubles with my particular server as apparently it had been acting up on their end for some time, but their tech support got back to me extremely fast and were able to get me back online quickly. There were still some hiccups over the span of a week or two, but my friends and I were still able to play for hours and hours with no problems. Occasionally there is still a hiccup or so — downtime can be up to an hour — but it’s so infrequent it’s negligible, and for $5 a month I seriously can’t complain. Their customer service is really the best I’ve ever seen.

Kerplunc gaming is the best gaming hosting service I have used, and it’s rather affordable, you can even get a free minecraft server, given, it is very basic, but free! Their costumer service is great! Whenever there is a technical issue, their staff is happy to help. I do recommend kerplunc for your game hosting needs.
