I have been with Premium Dedicated Servers since I started my own GSP. These guys are truly dedicated to helping me, I feel as if they have one man, Tucker, dedicated to solving my personal issues, he is always able to contact me within seconds when I am in need of his help. Their site is super easy to navigate, their server quality is exactly how they advertise. They provide Premium Dedicated Servers. They mean it. Their pricing is the best I have seen ever. Very very low priced for their Enterprise Tier Equipment.
5/5, I have 4 Dedicated Servers with them now, and plan on getting hundreds in the future as my company expands.

PDS sells cheap servers with amazing specifications and service, I have not found any host that matches up with their customer service.
Very fast, agile servers in multiple locations.
Definitely looking forward to this company expanding!

I run a gameserver company called Clanoutpost Gameservers. We used him for 1 month and didn’t like it a single bit. The price is good but your paying for what you get. I asked him how to fix something via xfire and he got snotty with me. His support staff said that my dedicated box wanting to make him puke because of all the programs we had running for different games and addons. I was not happy at all, he tried to get to me to host from them for a few months, I said I’d try and it was a waste of money. He also jacked up the price for one of my friends by $50 because he was 48 hours late on payment. Website is poorly made aswell

I have used Premium Dedicated Servers for about 3 months now. I have to say that Marcus has an amazing team with him. Support is simply one of the best, and I like to see how this company is moving forward.
I am afraid that I had to cancel my service with Premium Dedicated Servers because I received an exclusive deal for two dedicated server located in Chicago and Dallas.
I have nothing bad to say about Marcus and his company, and I recommend it to anyone. You will not regret your choice.
Only con about this company is that they do not have other locations than Chicago, but I spoke with Marcus many times, and they are expanding very soon.
As soon as they do, I will make sure to rent a dedicated with them.

Premium Dedicated Servers (PDS) has customer care that is unparalleled by any company I have ever dealt with. Tickets are responded to quickly, handled promptly as well as efficiently, and then followed-up to ensure everything was resolved to my expectations. Marcus, the owner of PDS, keeps in frequent contact – taking his company to the 212th degree. He is professional, competent, friendly and more than willing to make sure I am satisfied with the services his company has to offer.
Past customer service, the quality of the dedicated server box is outstanding. There really isn’t an actual /need/ for support tickets, but they are willing and able to respond to my questions about server capabilities and settings that would be best for the types of games used by my gaming community (Hotel USA, Inc).
Now onto the pricing of PDS boxes. The price is the absolute /opposite/ of everything PDS has to offer – cheap! Not only that, but you always hear about discounts given to new customers, yet with PDS discounts are constantly offered to even /current/ clients. Going through PDS is definitely allowing you to get /more/ than your money’s worth!

I have been with Premium Dedicated Servers for 3 months. They have provided me with a excellent dedicated server for that time.
Overall Service is wonderful, they are open to any question regarding your service very flexible of how you want your server setup. They allowed me to install my own Windows Server 2008 R2 License and not monthly for windows which is wonderful.
Server Quality was wonderful, that’s really all I can say about that. It can just be said as “fantastic”.
Pricing is one of the main reasons I picked PDS, they offer one of the cheapest prices for dedicated servers I have ever seen. If the price isn’t this cheap I probably wouldn’t even be able to afford a dedicated server.
The only downside is the website design, but then again the customer support is really all that matters.
Therefore, PDS offers a wonderful service for a low price. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

The server I get from Marcus as well as the service are both incredible. Marcus has been extremely helpful when help was necessary, and has even been involved in our community at times. Marcus has been a huge help in getting as far as we’ve gotten, and I’d really like to thank him for everything he’s done.
He has offered me numerous great deals, and the server he rents me even is a great deal. The server is fabulous, and the only reason I give it four stars instead of five is because it tends to lag in rare cases, though I don’t know if that’s the server even, it could just be the game server itself.
Well anyways, Marcus is definitely a fantastic person to get a good, affordable server from. Thanks, Marcus.

I bought a dedicated server almost a year ago for my gaming clan from Marcus (owner of PDS), when he was working with another server company. He gave me the powerful server i needed at a great price. When the previous company took a new direction straying away from the game server market, he moved me and my box over to Premium Dedicated Servers. I was a little hesitant at first switching to a smaller company that didn’t even have a website yet but am glad i stuck with them! They have a very nice website now and with their live chat the customer service is even better!
This is the first company i have been with that really goes out of the way to get to know their customers and make sure they are happy. I have never had any issues with the server box which is quite impressive for how long i have had it, and getting help from an employee is quick and easy.
I also very much appreciate the discount offered for paying my bill early!

I used this host to set up a Minecraft server for another friend.
It was an incredibly reasonable price and there have been no problems on their end (only my idiot friend registering two accounts on their website, paying with one and giving me access to the other)
They were able to clear this up with their live chat quickly, thankfully.
This is a 360 from the previous hosting I purchased at twamshost (they shut down the website and ran off with my money)
